Mr. Kaushal Kishore Singh holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Pune and has over 18 years of experience in retail assets lending with core competency in mortgages (Home Loan & LAP) with leading Banks & HFCs. In previous job assignment with Bandhan Bank, he spearheaded Home Loan and LAP business as Head of Retail Assets. He had been instrumental in setting up retail assets’ centers across the country to source, process and manage the affordable housing and LAP business. He has previously held positions of leadership in DHFL as Circle Credit Head for North & East India. He has also handled various assignments in companies like India bulls Housing Finance Ltd & ICICI Bank Ltd.

Mr. Jitendra Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with 11+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, Funding Arrangement, Debt, Structured Finance and Equity, Financial Reporting, Internal Financial Controls, Process digitalization, Taxation and Audit. He holds a certified course in Financial Modelling. He had been working as Treasury Head at Save Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and has been elevated as CFO since Feb 2022 in NHHFDL. At New Habitat, he is responsible for strategic financial controls, liquidity management, funding arrangement through debt and equity via term loans, NCD, securitisation, bonds, private equity and other structured finance, taxation and accounting control. His professional journey, prior to SAVE, includes working with Fusion Microfinance Ltd., AMC, and Sanjeev Chopra & Co. Chartered Accountants.

Ms. Richa Arora brings a hands-on experience and proficiency in matters related to secretarial execution and planning. She possesses an ability to ensure the related compliances to the organization with absolute regulatory management. She has more than six years of experience in advising, corporate governance, compliance & audit issues.

She is a qualified Company Secretary and LL. B. She has worked with New Habitat Housing Finance & Development Limited as Company Secretary for the period of six years and before that has an experience of working in a firm of Practicing Secretaries for a period of one and a half years.
